Dr. Horner has been practicing optometry for over 30 years. He is a native of North Dakota and received his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1986. Dr. Horner has expertise in many areas including all types of contact lenses, LASIK evaluation, ocular disease, and general care. Dr. Horner has lived in Woodbury with his wife since 1991. His three children and seven grandchildren also reside in the Woodbury area.
